ldx#40 "pure 64" dj-set
ziel des "pure 64" dj-sets ist es, einen kurzen überblick über reine
c64-musik aus den jahren 1985 bis 2005 zu präsentieren - wobei "rein"
bedeutet, dass außer dem commodore 64 keine weiteren geräte zur
musikerzeugung verwendet wurden. das set wird aus songs verschiedener
musiker für spiele bzw. demos und aus eigenproduktionen von ldx#40
bestehen. die visuelle untermalung wird aus eigens für diesen abend
entwickelten c64-grafiken bestehen.

fear falls burning LIVE
fear falls burning is vidnaobmanas alter ego in dedication to the
expansive tonal character of the electric guitar and to avoid obvious
and easy comparisons with vidna's existing works and projects.
real-time performances on the electric guitar without post-productive
editing or additional overdubs in relation to vintage and contemporary
guitar pedal effects. through the unique wiring of these guitar pedal
effects, its single performed guitarchord multiplies and shifts over
time into dense and trance-inducing walls of sound. due to an ongoing
fascination for tube and old transitorradio-like mono sounds, the
electric guitar is performed in such a way with the help of the various
vintage and replica effects that the music sounds deliberately old and
monotonous. all clicks, ticks and cracks are part of the real-time
performance, it's that fine musical line where lo-fi, instrumental
post-rock, avant-garde, experimental and industrial meet... first by a
whisper, then by a storm is fear falls burnings unofficial tour cd in
the light of a series of introduction concerts and the - to be released
- first full-length album. the cd features outtakes from this
forthcoming debut album.

inox kapell LIVE
inox kapell mit neuer platte auf tour, mit dabei dr. treznok, der
elektr. walfisch und pater rene ( von telepherique ) - alles begann mit
dem mini casio dadada 1981. der 1. auftritt war 1983 in der realschule
in ostfriesland. dann spielte inox in verschiedenen bands und gründete
mit dieter mauson 1986 `nostalgie èternelle`. n.e. waren sofort auch
live aktiv. ein eigenes label `one last dream` entstand gleichzeitig.
inox kapell veröffentlichte zu der zeit solo und mit n.e. hunderte von
stücken electronique mal instrumental oder mit deutschen / englischen
texten. die musik wanderte auf tape/rec. sampler in der ganzen welt !
ab 1988 singsangte herr kapell rein deutsch. die ersten inox kapell
live performanzes liefen anfang der 90er. er ist bis heute ein
sehrgerne live spiela ! das urknall tonstudio entstand 1992. die
urknall tonquelle gibts seit 1993 und ist das hauseigene label. früher
liefen unter urknall ton auch veranstaltungen, z.b. 1992 die
welttraumforscher in der galerie simulakrum in mainz. das bunterkunte
warenhaus katalogisiert auch andere produkte und fungiert als mailorder
von kapell.
